Jason Cohen has started three companies, all profitable, funded and bootstrapped, and has had two successful exits. He is best known to software developers for founding Smart Bear Software, the inventor of peer code review tools and winner of the coveted Jolt Award.
Jason is also a widely-published author in books, trade magazines, and Technorati-100 blogs. He wrote Best Kept Secrets of Peer Code Review (45,000 copies), and his personal blog about startups and marketing A Smart Bear boasts over 8,000 weekly readers.
Jason loves living in Austin, TX with his wife Darla and daughter Abigail.
Joshua Baer

Joshua Baer founded Austin-based email service provider SKYLIST in 1996 as a dorm room dot-com while attending Carnegie Mellon University. In 2004, Joshua created UnsubCentral to help email marketing companies comply with regulatory requirements. Both companies’ technologies eventually became top ranked solutions in their respective categories, winning customers such as the Boston Globe, Disney, Microsoft and Nascar. An email marketing guru, Joshua has been quoted in the New York Times and many other publications, testified before the Federal Trade Commission and various state governments and is a frequent public speaker.
In early 2006 both SKYLIST and UnsubCentral were sold to Datran Media. Joshua has helped many other entrepreneurs get their start-ups off the ground including Bazaarvoice and Rackspace’s Mosso. These days, most of his attention is focused on his latest startup, OtherInbox. Joshua is an early stage investor and sits on the board of directors of Greenling and Lashback. Other companies in his portfolio include B-Side Entertainment, BitArmor, DisplayPoints, Fynanz, ME Television, OneSpot, ShangBy, Small World Labs, Sympact, The Grove Winebar and Kitchen, URaPI, and Zivity
